kerry welding the metal beams

Wednesday, January 25, 2012

Today we started working at the school. The men welded beams together and the woman painted the outside and classrooms. It was hot but so much fun. We got to see our kid that we sponsor. he was scared that we wouldn't recognize him. for devotions tonight we read a verse about blessings. Each morning my family asks God to bless us so that we can bless others. we are here because we were blessed and we are here to bless others.

WE MADE IT!!!! Everyone got through customs and met Dana in the airport. When we got to his house we were welcomed with lots of hugs from our friends. I am disappointed that I don't know Spanish but Angelica tells me what things mean. She has so much patients because I am not good at remembering how to say all he words. It is about 80 degrees here and it is sooo wonderful!!! We are all so happy to be here.
